Plenty of room for the religious ceremony, mass, or blessing before the reception. Set up an altar area with a kneeling bench and flower arrangements.

A private suite for the quinceañera to prepare, change dresses, and share moments with her court of honor and damas.
Vals & Choreography
A spacious dance floor designed for the waltz with her father, the surprise dance with chambelanes, and the group choreography.
Changing of the Shoes
A special area for the symbolic changing of the shoes ceremony, where the father replaces flat shoes with heels — a beautiful tradition marking her transition.
Full Catering Setup
Food prep and staging area to support your chosen caterer. We work well with traditional Mexican food vendors, taco trucks, and full-service caterers. We do not have a commercial kitchen.
Cake & Toast Area
A dedicated display area for the quinceañera cake, brindis (toast), and the ceremony of the last doll — la última muñeca.

Do you have a Spanish-speaking event planner?
Yes! Our event planner is fluent in Spanish and works directly with families throughout the entire planning process — from the first tour to the day of the celebration. You can communicate completely in Spanish.
How many guests can attend a quinceañera here?
Our 12,000 square-foot venue comfortably hosts quinceañera celebrations of up to 250 guests, with room for a full court, dance floor, dining area, and entertainment.
Can we have both the ceremony and reception here?
Absolutely. Many families hold the religious blessing, mass, or ceremony on-site and then transition seamlessly into the reception and party — all without your guests needing to drive to another location.
Do you allow outside catering and taco trucks?
Yes! We welcome all outside caterers, food vendors, and taco trucks. Whether you want traditional Mexican cuisine like mole, pozole, and carnitas or a full-service sit-down dinner, you choose. We have a food prep and staging area available for your caterer to use. Please note we do not have a commercial kitchen.
Is the venue near Boise, Nampa, and Meridian?
Yes. We are in Caldwell — just 20 minutes from Nampa, 30 minutes from Boise, and easily accessible from Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, and the entire Treasure Valley.
Can we decorate the space ourselves?
Of course. Our open hangar layout is a blank canvas. Families bring their own decorations including balloon arches, draping, centerpieces, flowers, custom backdrops, and themed lighting. We allow early access for setup.
How long do we have the venue for?
You get up to 12 hours of venue access, which includes setup time, the celebration itself, and cleanup. This is typically enough for even the most elaborate quinceañera events.
Is parking free for guests?
Yes. We have a large, well-lit parking lot with space for 200+ vehicles. There are no parking fees, ever. This is especially important for quinceañeras with larger guest lists.
Can we bring a live mariachi or DJ?
Absolutely. Our venue has a built-in professional sound system, but you are welcome to bring your own DJ, mariachi band, live group, or any entertainment. The venue is acoustically designed for live performances.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for weekend dates during peak quinceañera season (spring and summer). Contact us early to secure your preferred date.
