January 2025Ground Breaking
Official ground breaking ceremony at Caldwell Airport, marking the start of Idaho's newest premier event center.
March 2025Foundation & Framing
Concrete foundation poured and steel framing begins to take shape.
May 2025Steel Structure
Main hangar steel framework erected, defining the massive 12,000 sq ft open space.
July 2025Exterior Enclosure
Roof and walls installed. The distinctive hangar profile is now visible from the runway.
November 2025Interior Systems
HVAC, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins complete. The venue's heart begins to beat.
Finishing Touches
Video walls, custom lighting, and premium finishes being installed.
Grand Opening Event
Official launch staged as a live wedding—featuring a live band and jumper! (Note: 6am-midnight is a full day rental). Open for tours and June 2026 bookings. Call for more info.
